A Kazakh space company was establishing the SBIK satellite integration and test centre in Astana. Service providers from Europe and the United States were responsible for installing, commissioning and verifying the test facilities. <\/p>\n

The main project risk was not technical capability, but the interfaces between the parties<\/strong>: different languages, contractual frameworks and engineering cultures had to be aligned before implementation could begin.<\/p>\n

I developed an installation and test concept<\/strong> together with my customer and specified the requirements<\/strong> for the service providers.<\/p>\n

As an interface<\/strong> to the selected service providers in the EU and USA, I have assisted my clients in developing the technical and organizational<\/strong> content for the respective contracts and coordinating with the service providers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the end of the collaboration, the technical and organizational questions regarding the commissioning were coordinated<\/strong> and my client was able to commission the service providers.<\/p>\n
