A New Space engineering team was developing an infrared payload for a satellite mission dedicated to wildfire detection, with the Canadian Space Agency as the end customer.<\/p>\n

The challenge was to establish a Product Assurance Plan aligned with ECSS-Q-ST-10C, but tailored to the pace and realities of a New Space program<\/strong> \u2014 robust enough to support both SRR and PDR without slowing down engineering progress.<\/p>\n

For my customer, I developed a Product Assurance Plan tailored against ECSS-Q-ST-10C and adapted to the delivery rhythm of a New Space programme.<\/p>\n

Alongside the plan, I established the supporting Product Assurance framework, including supplier quality assurance, Dependability and Safety analyses, FMECA, an EEE control plan, software product assurance and configuration management.<\/p>\n

The resulting structure successfully supported both the SRR and the preparation for the payload’s PDR.<\/p>\n
