I support you by implementing and optimizing Systems Engineering, Quality Management and Project Management in your organization or by taking care of your work packages.
These disciplines are strongly interrelated and should not be separated. My approach considers interfaces and synergies between them. Interdisciplinary thinking is a key to success.
Systems Engineering
Systems Engineering
aims at helping you in reliably defining, realizing and operating complex technical systems to satisfy your business needs.
Pre-acquisition
Based on your idea for business development, business needs are developed. Systems Engineering will analyze, how and whether those needs can be satisfied. When a project turns out to be feasible and cost-effective, you will decide to realize it.
Systems Acquisition
Systems Engineering will transform your needs into requirements. Those are the baseline for the design activities that result in a detailed functional and physical definition of the system. Once the system design is verified, the system will be built, tested and implemented.
Systems Operation
During operation, the system contributes to your success. Systems engineering creates the prerequisites that the system is reliable, available and safe, and that it can evolve with changing needs.
Systems Retirement
As the market changes, you will have new strategies to reach your business goals. Systems Engineering ensures that a system that is no longer of use can be taken out of service and – if beneficial – can be replaced by a new system.

Project Definition
Once you have decided to realize your idea, project management specifies and documents measurable goals. You define what shall be done and what shall not be done. A feasibility analysis will be performed, based on which you will decide whether the project shall be started.
Project Planning
Project management will define who will do what, when and how. This will include work, resources, schedules and costs. Risks will be identified and counter measures will be defined. At the end there is a plan that allows to successfully execute, monitor and control your project.
Project Execution
Together with your team and your suppliers, you work on achieving your goals. Project Management will ensure by monitoring and controlling, that objectives, schedule, costs, resources, quality and risks are under control. At the end the project results will be handed over and accepted.
Project Closing
After successful acceptance of the project, you want to find out how successful your project was and what you can improve in future projects.
