The webserver automatically receives and stores ainformation from your system and device when you enter the website.
The following information will be received:
- Information about type and version of your browser
- Your operating-system
- Visited pages on my website
- If existing: the referrer-URL
- Your internet-service-provider
- Your IP-adress
- Date and time of the visit
There is no linking or cross-evaluation of this data with other data sources.
This information is stored only on webservers hosted in the European Union (Germany) and there is no transmission to third countries.
3.2 Legal ground for data processing
Legal ground for processing your personal information is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest of the responsible as operator of this website).
3.3 Purpose of use
The temporary storage of your IP-adress is essential for providing the content of the website to your device. Therefore I have to store your IP-adress during your session on my website.
To make sure that I can offer the best service on my website, I have to store your information in log-files. This data is used to optimize the website and to guarantee the safety of the system (e.g. to defense again attacks).
I will not use your data for any purpose of marketing-evaluation.
3.4 Duration of storing
I do not store your data longer than legally permitted and necessary for the purpose you provided your information for.
The log-files will be stored in a hashed way on servers located in the European Union (Germany) and they will be deleted after 400 days at the latest.

4.1 Description and scope of data processing
You can contact me via contact-form or e-mail.
In case of contact I will receive and process the personal data you send me (e.g. name, e-mail-adress, phone-number, etc).
4.2 Legal grounds for data processing
Legal ground for processing your personal information you send while contact is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest of the responsible as operator of this website).
In case of concluding a contract there is an additional legal ground in Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (fulfillment of a contract).
4.3 Purpose of use
When you contact me via e-mail I will save your message and data so that I can respond to your message.
4.4 Duration of storing
I do not store your personal data longer than it is necessary for responding to your request.
If the conversation leads to a conclusion of a contract I am legally obliged to store the correspondinging data during the required duration.
Your data will be stored on servers located in the European Union (Germany) only and there will be no transmission to third parties or countries.
4.5 Objection
You have the option to address an objection against the processing and storage of your personal information by sending a message to: privacy@eqmc-consulting.de.
In case of objection I will delete all personal information except the data I am obliged to store according to legal grounds (e.g. contracts, commercial letters).
